  5. Feeling much better this week so back into training!
    Unfortunately I couldn't be at the box today so I did the following:

    2.5km run time trial - 14:40mins

    1kmm row time trial - 9:48mins (I think - the rower I used had a broken screen!!!)

    - Weighted Pull Ups (5kg)
    - Dips
    - 2min Prone Bridge
