then:
Three rounds for time
30 Double unders20 Pull ups
10 Thrusters at 50% of best triple
Post 3RM, and time to comments

Great to have Ben in for his first session this morning. Having never attempted double unders before, he was able to string two and three reps together at a time. Awesome result!
